With the addition of Dr. Alexander D. Falkenberg, strategic communications consultancy Deep Value Advisors is expanding its competence in the areas of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, restructuring, and special situations. It also creates a presence in Switzerland. Dr. Falkenberg has been part of the partnership since March 1, 2020. He has advised on private equity, M&A, and financing transactions of more than 30 billion dollars. He was Chief Investment Officer of an investment company with a portfolio value of over 3 billion dollars and previously worked for two leading investment banks. He holds a degree in business administration from the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel), a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and a Master of Business Administration in the USA.
